    Studying of symmetry breaking and vibronic interactions in p-benzyne radical anion.

  • 2004 - 2005
    DMOD (Distributed Molecular Dynamics) - implementation of advanced distributed molecular dynamics calculations with dynamic load-balancing. During this work new algorihms of rigid body molecular dynamics was formulated and implemented. Developed software has features:
    1. Rigid body molecular dynamics
    2. Nose-Hoover chains thermostat
    3. Local geometry optimization
    4. Global geometry optimization by using REMD (replica exchange molecular dynamics)
    5. Steered molecular dynamics
    6. Interface to external forces

    Huckel - quantum chemistry package on the base of Extended Huckel Theory (EHT)
    Comments: I have developed this package on C, it's available for both UNIX and Windows platforms

    EL_CALC - program calculates the maximum number of different excited levels with given excitation energy in molecule.
    Comments: It was created with Borland Builder and has a user friendly interface.

    Working in NetUP on building a new generation of billing and tarifiaction system, customizing of the existent system, writing high perfomance robust XML parser based on expat.

    RS/PI - implementation of "system of intellectual choice" and web interface for managing this system.
    Comments: Python + PostGre SQL with PHP interface.
